Hey guys!
Does anyone have or has anyone created a troubleshooting flow chart for their service desk? I'm looking for a basic chart, sort of a step 1. is the phone registered yes then this, no then this, that sort of thing.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

This may be more detailed then your are thinking, but I guess voip troublhooting is not exactly simple.
