Hello,
There are multiple ways to do so but what exactly do you want to troubleshoot (Gateway , Call manager , SIP trunk , E1 , etc....)????

Most of the time you'll be looking at debugs and/or traces depending on what you want to troubleshoots, where, what protocol, what issue, etc.
There are a few tools like the triple combo that can parse thru debugs or traces, BUT, a lot of times what you need to look won't be shown there.
So you'll end up looking at the flat file or what you captured.
