I have a cisco office phone, and the volume its set to a certain volume and I don't have any option to adjust my office phone volume like its a restriction put on it is there something I can manually do to uplift that restriction myself?

are you sure ?
if you are talking about ringtone volume, then you just need to wait until the phone rings,
and while it's ringing adjust the volume using the volume buttons

when a call is coming in, my phone is the only one with the ringer automatically set to a ringer volume and it wont go any lower than what its set too, I'm trying to find a way to change it.

if the Phone's volume is pushed from the Cisco Call Manager, and don't respond to the volume buttons,
then you need to contact the call managers administrator to have it changed
