WebEx Control Hub external caller ID not showing when transferred
Is there a place within the WebEx Control Hub to change how transferred calls are handled? Right now, our receptionist will transfer an external call to someone inside the company, and instead of it showing the person's caller ID, it shows the receptionists name. This creates confusion when the call is transferred. We would like for the call to transfer and show the external caller's ID on the recipient's phone and not the receptionist's name.
