Is there a place within the WebEx Control Hub to change how transferred calls are handled? Right now, our receptionist will transfer an external call to someone inside the company, and instead of it showing the person's caller ID, it shows the receptionists name. This creates confusion when the call is transferred. We would like for the call to transfer and show the external caller's ID on the recipient's phone and not the receptionist's name.

Call Transfer related settings/parameters are not available in WebEx Control Hub. I would recommend to open Cisco TAC case for this issue.

Hello, on Nov 15th 2023 I have the same problem, this issue still needs TAC intervention? Or now I can change this behavior from webex portal?
