Weird issue in a Sip trunk with two recording servers

Hello

I'm running into a weird inconsistent issue were calls are not always recorded by both recording servers defined in the sip trunk. Either one of them only is recording without the second or both... the funny part is that the second recorder in the sip trunk is always recording while the other doesn't record all the time...changing the order will always make the second recorder work permanently 

What could be the issue here ? The goal is making both servers record at the same time the same call

Hello,

Could you please give some more information concerning your enviroment, for example if you use CUCM (version?) or CME and what kind of recording servers you use? Moreover, have you tried to monitor -if applicable- the sip trunk of between your PBX and the recording servers?
