when the user moves from place cisco jabber loses the services

hi how are cisco people he problem is when I move to a different computer than a user, we currently have an active directory. when the user is logged into the computer cisco jabber loses the sevice. to solve it I must send from CUCM the certificate to the extension with problem. How can I solve this case?

Ah, you’re using LSC and have the CSF device in an Authenticated or Encrypted state. You have to transport the user certificate, including private key, to each computer the user logs into. This is a Windows sysadmin question but I believe the feature is called Credential Roaming.

Can you explain your situation a little bit better? are you using SSO for Jabber?

Yes friend. the user enters jabber with his domain user. the scenario is the following. an agent that is jabber on your computer needs to login to another computer. When logging in to another computer cisco jabber loses the services and I have to send the CAPF certificate to work again. Thank you
