Where is CSS in cucm?

Hi Please see the screenshot attached. where is CSS item? usually in phone page, it should be between Description and Device pool.

No, that's how it's supposed to look like, I see absolutely nothing wrong in that screenshot, looks exactly as my 11.5 from the lab.

If you want to include CCS in your search results you would need to add a second search criteria and set that to CSS. Depending on what what you set as the last search criteria you’d get different information displayed on the search result.

The result that you have is normal, to sort-out your devices per CSS, you will need to Select on your Search Field ("Find Phone Where"), you may check below:
