Without "9" prefix before FAX number

Hi there,

I'm configuring a VG204XM for a new branch. The customer required the fax number here should  have a hotline "9" dialed before it, so anyone dialing out does not have to enter a "9" before their FAX numbers, it is only for FAX, other users will have to dial 9 if they want dial out. Is there anyone who can help me with that?

Are you using CME or CUCM?

Thanks for the reply, it is CUCM 9.1. The new branch only has VG204xm using SCCP.
