I got an ICT between a 4.2 Cluster and a standalone 6.1 CUCM. So far everything works okay, but the problem is, that when I call from a phone in the 4.2 Cluster over the ICT it displays me the wrong nummber. It prefixes a 00 to the 4-digit number.
When I use DNA it displays me the correct number, without any translation or prefixes. So where might be the problem?

Hi Peter,
This is very odd.
I'm not sure what is wrong. But to isolate, can you just create a Route pattern that use the ICT as the gateway. (Do not use a route group or route list here)
Try to dial this route pattern to see if you have your 00 prefix again.
If not, that would mean you have some prefixes in your route list.
Either you remove that (if no one else is using) or create a new one just for this ICT.
Cheers,
Eugene

Hi
I found the error myself:-)
You have to choose "on net" within the ICT configuration on both sites and specify "on net" within the route pattern as well. Otherwise it recognizes the call as off net and adds the digits you specified in the advanced tab of the call manager's service parameters.
Cheers
Peter
