Im new with AXL and I would like to know if theres any way I can configure to add Jabber users, right now I need to add 200 users.

This is very possible, though you may need to use a number of separate AXL requests, e.g. <addLine>, <addPhone>, <addUser>, etc. to get all needed configurations in place.

What dstaudt said.    Also, if the 200 users are already in CUCM, then use the updateUser request with this tag:

         <imAndPresenceEnable>true</imAndPresenceEnable>

Assuming everything is configured correctly, CUCM will then synchronize (add) those users to your IM&P server.
