One of our customer sometimes experience a loss of connectivity on a certain network prefix but this network prefix is reachable from the CE router and is present on the local router. From the local PE router the network prefix is reachable but from other PE router it is unreachable. The odd thing is when we check on other PE router the forwarding table it show label are being drop. The only solution we only provided on the network prefix is to clear only that router not the whole routing table on the the vrf table. Have experience this kind of problem before.

hi
yes we faced such type of problems in our network also. Is is actually the malfunctioning of IOS; To come out form the probelm need to clear the vrf routing table. OR sometimes you need to remove the vrf and clear the mp-bgp enteries of the vrf.
