Can you please advise if MPLS Carrier Supporting Carrier feature supported in the following platform? 

* ISR4000 series

* ASR1000 series

* ASR903 router

Search through Cisco website cannot find confirmed answer.

Yes its supported. You just need to find the correct IOS.

As mentioned Vivek previously, these devices support CSC, in order to find the proper XR OS you can use the Cisco Navigator Tool and filtering as Carrier Supporting Carrier and platfom, and you will find them:
