Hello All,

I have the following set up and I am trying to understand 'set mpls experimental topmost' command. I have applied the following policy on PE1's ingress interface.

CE1---(vrf1)PE1(gi2)----P---P---PE2(vrf1)---CE2

policy-map policy1

class clas-default

set mpls experimental topmost 6

exit

g1 is pointing towards the CE1.

int gi1

service-policy input policy1

If I capture packets on gi2 of PE1, I do not see exp bits =6 in MPLS labels.

Is it the right behavior?
