there are series of router connected one by one say 5 router. A,B,C,D,E
ROUTER A HAS LOOPBACK ID 2.2.2.2/24
ROUTER E HAS LOOPBACK ID 3.3.3.3/30
THEY NEED TO PING WITHOUT ADVERTISING THEM
HOW??
PLZ SUGGEST ME SOME WAY.....

If by advertising them you mean not advertising them to IGP ,then you can use normal static routing at all the hops.
If Static routing is also not permitted ,then you may have to use L2TP,using different loopback (lo2) addreses ,however that again means static routing of these lo2 towards the interface oconected to the other router.

gre tunnel concept is to be used....

You can make a couple of things, like static routes to the loopbacks, or default routes. But, I think that we're not understanding the "why".
What do you really need to do, or why not to advertise?

this was the challenge given to me by one of my senior. I tried all possible ways to do it. but could not. finally he said you can make a tunnel between these router and then u ll b able to ping.

ok, but you still need to put statics pointing to the tunnel.
