Transit VRF

Dear Frnds,

Please help me with the following configurations.

Topology

CE1-----PE1-----P1------P2-----PE2------------PE3------CE2

L3 VPN is configured end to end. Bgp running between PE1 to PE2 and PE2 to PE3. No bgp configured between PE1 to PE3.

Same VRF has been created on PE1, PE2 and PE3.RD and Import policy on all PEs are same.

 I am getting CE1 & CE2 routes on PE2 VPN whereas not getting the  inter vrf routes on CE1 , CE2 & vice versa.

Please suggest if there any configuration on PE2 vrf to transit the routes learned from CE1 towards CE2 and vice versa.

Hi Mrityunjay,

Does all the PE routers in the same IBGP Mesh ?  If yes probably that could be the reason as routes learned via 1 MP-IBGP cannot be exported to another.

Yes all the bgp in same As.How I can make communication  happen in this case.

Hi Mrityunjay

In this case, either you configure PE2 as your VPNV4 router reflector or establish IBGP VPNV4 full-mesh connectivity among PE1,PE2 and PE3.
