Can someone help me i have restarted the services in NCS but still no liuck

Hello,
Please ensure that you have following information before you proceed:
1. Prime OS admin password for admin account
2. Prime Web Admin password for root account
Proceed with the following:
1. Login to PI server via SSH or console with admin account
2. Proceed with ncs stop command
3. Proceed with ncs cleanup command
4. Proceed with ncs start command
5. Ensure that ncs status command is showing you all services in running state
6. Login to your PI server via browser with your root account

Output 1 – Prior to Prime NCS service restart – few of the mentioned unresponsiveness : Resulted in :-
Health monitor, FTP, Database, TFTP ,Matlab, NMS Server running.
CNS gateway with port 11011 is down, SSL with port 11012 is down,
port 11013 is down, 11014 is down, plug and play gateway is stoppped.
Sam demon is running , DA demon is running , Syslog Demon is running, Syslog demon is running. Compliance engine is running
Output 2 – Prime NCS service restarted and observed the processes are all up and activated. ( No operational Impact)
Health monitor, FTP, Database, TFTP ,Matlab, NMS Server running.
plug and play gateway is running ,
Sam demon is running , DA demon is running , Syslog Demon is running, Syslog demon is running. Compliance engine is running
Still seeing the deny error even though services are up after monitoring

is there any productional impact since we are in a healthcare , especially with the ncs cleanup option

Hello,
No production data will be deleted with this command. It's a general command to clean up some supporting files for NCS. More information could be found here:
