Can I check the cumulative user statistics weekly/monthly on iise?

And can you check the real-time user statistics?

The current version is 3.2 patch 3.

I don't think I can report it in real time

Yes you can export weekly report from ISE directly to your desktop, for monthly report you have to export is to a repository which can be mapped to your file server.

you also have live logs option which go back 24 hours and you can also find some good information in endpoint context visibility.
