Cisco 1841 limit bandwidth

Dear All

I m looking to Restrict up/down bandwidth to 128 Kb on my router. the point is to save data quota of my broadband connection. 

whoever browse the internet they will have only 128Kbps and the speed checker will show 0.1 Mbps

and 64 for some other users 

can someone help me to do this

At this stage we are not sure - how much bandwidth you have, are you looking to restrict user for 128Kbps

that means if you have 10MB/128kbs = number of users ?

if you looking to allow maximum 128kbps if available to share among the bandwidth equavally based on the availability.

also post what configuration  you have at the moment.
