Cisco Prime 3.10.4 Version Problem

I installed Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.10 and Patches as below but it still shows version 3.10.2, could you help me out with this issue?

                      Presumably 4 only points to the maintenance index above 3.10.2

I have the same issue, and didn't find the solution on the shared link as well

Presumably the "solution" isn't really a "solution"
