Hi all,
I want to reach out with my problem
I have a Cisco Prime NCS physical appliance, and I have the HDD problem decribed in the field notice below and I need to know if the described workaround is permanent or I should replace the HDD occasionally

- The idea is that if your device is affected, then the replacement disks should work, permanent.
