CUOM & CUSM 2.3 Reinstall

I have been asked by Cisco TAC to reinstall our Operations Manager and Service Monitor as a new install. Since I wasn't the original installer and not extremely familar with the products, can anyone tell me if there is an easier way to document the system config so that when I am installing I can configure it exactly the same as it is today? Any help would be appreciated.

pingaunis,

Looks like your TAC case was 616526061and the bug was CSCtd72592 - Operations Manager with BUILD ID NT_CUOM2_2_CS32_20090715_1306? Confirm you are running into the bug by looking at this file /CSCOpx/setup/itm.info. From what I saw in the case notes you are able to bring up CUOM but it doesn't stay up? If it stays up long enough, use these steps to backup your 2.3, uninstall, install and restore the old data.
