You may use Draw.io to create diagrams as you like and save it directly on your device or any other off-prem location.
besides visio the other good one is Lucid Chart, try them out and don't forget to mark this response when found helpful.

I use OmniGraffle on the Mac and the iPad and like it very much. But I also see that Lucid gets quite a lot of attention. I’ll evaluate it again when the next major update of OmniGraffle is due.
