GBIC Modules Not Display Properly

Hi

I am having WS-C2950G-48-EI switches with IOS image 12.1(20)EA1a installed .i have ciscoview 5.5 running on Ciscoworks server and installed CiscoView Cat2950 package version 6.0 latest installed .

when i see the ciscoview for these devices ,it is not displaying the GBIC modules properly .i have other switches

with IOS version 12.1(22)EA1 for these switches also GBIC modules is not displayed Properly.

** i have 1000Base LX,1000Base SX ,Gigastack Module .

Hello,

This is probably due to an issue with SNMP on the IOS.

I think it could be CSCin77786, which is fixed in 12.1(22)EA3

Thank u very much for u r quick reply ,

i have open the TAC case in cisco they have also suggested that it is Bug in the IOS ,so need to upgrade the IOS to 12.1(22)EA3.
