Can QPM 4.1 be installed on a VM server running windows 2008 server standard. Thanks for your continued incite.

If the installer allows you, it will probably work.
But do you want to run QPM on an unsupported platform?

Hi Blair,
As you can see from the link I posted previously, QPM 4.1 isn't officially supported in windows 2008 server. That doesn't mean it won't work, but it does mean that it hasn't been tested in that environment and hence if you have problems you are on your own.

I too would like to know if QPM 4.1 ( CS 3.2 ) can be installed onto Windos 2008. I can however confirm that it cannot be installed on Windows server 2003 R2 Enterprise - . When running the Common Services 3.2 install it fails immediatly with an error message that "You cannot install Common Services 3.2 on an unsupported operating system".
Let us know if get a workaround.
