ISE Expired guest account purge not working

I set up purge scheduling to clear expired guest accounts from day to day.

But at some point, the scheduling didn't work,

I manually clicked purge now, but it says start successfully, but it didn't actually purge.

The expired accounts are still piling up,

If you look at debug, purge event occurs
Deleted accounts are marked with '0'.

Please help me with this

version: 2.7 patch 6

That should work as expected  until any bug you are hitting the version.  how many accounts, may be give time for the account to remove from DB if you delete large numbers.

The purge has been inoperative for about a month,
And the link you posted is purge to endpoint,

The current issue is purge for expired guest accounts.
