Hello,

An upgrade has been done on the switch however the RME Software Summary has been not updated on the LMS Portal.

Herefafter , see the detailed of the view and the reports sorted out.

The report shows that the equipment is upgraded in 12.2.(53).

The software summary don't mention this software .

For me, a new discovery is necessary for showing the added software version.

Are you saying that inventory collection is failing for the device, and thus it is not being reported with the correct software version?

Sorry for the late answer.

What I want to say is that the RME portal don't show us the upgrade done.

The portal seems not updated with the actual IOS loaded on the switch. He kept he last version.The upgrade was done with success.

So, the inventory is false ( the list of IOS is not updated.)

But if you run a new Inventory Collection, the UI reflects the proper version of code?  If so, that is expected.  If, however, after running a new Inventory Collection, RME still thinks the switch is running the older code, post the IC_Server.log.
