N9K-C93180YC-EX 10.2(4) - Config Register. Where is it?

Ive been searching for the config register entry of a nexus N9K-C93180YC-EX version 10.2(4) and i have failed to find it.  Ive done a pipe on show tech for confreg and configuration register but output show no entries.  Show version also has no configuration registration value.

The issue im having is the baud rate on my console and vty is locked to 115200 and im not able to amend.  I suspect after the weekend upgrade to this version altered the config register but i need to confirm this.  

In summary where is it? How can i find it?

 If you do:

switch# line console
switch(config-console)#

switch(config-console)# speed 57600 

 The device stay in  115200  ?

Yes. If I change it to any speed, the baud config on console remains. Hence why I think its config register.

Thanks for the response. Dont necessarily want to do password recovery if its not required.  I could just change the confreg if this needs to be done resolve the issue.  There is no command to see configuration register in the url.

Yes but as I know the NSK use modes different than SW and Router
the new mode called loader 
from there you can config boot <image of NX-OS>
