Hi,
My Prime version is 3.7
I have six 2960x devices in Prime. When adding new devices recently, I found that one of the original six devices showed Collection failure. The other five devices were normal.
Before this device can collect runs success
I have compared the General, snmp, Telnet/ssh, http/https, and civic Location of the other five devices. I don’t know where else I can check the reason.
Thank you in advance for you help
Cheers

PI 3.7 might have fixed, but i see 1 bug similar.
https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCve43855/?rfs=iqvred
1. i will run debug on device and do the collection again.
2. i will compare the device working vs not working.
3. still issue raise an TAC case.

Hi BB,
Thank you for your reply.
I’m not sure if CSCve43855 has been fixed in prime 3.7.0, but other devices can
For now, I can only continue to look for the problem.

- Make sure the IOS on the 2960(x) is 12.1 or above.

Hi marce1000,
I'm sorry to provide the wrong Device Type, which is Cisco 2901 Integrated Services Router G2. The current IOS of the six devices is 15.2. The details are shown in the figure.
I don’t know if the collection failure is caused by the software version’s inability to collect. Is there any other solution to the problem?
Thank you for your reply.

- Software version must be at least 15.2(4)M2
