Problem with a device in DFM

I have 28xx router in DFM it is being monitored for it's WAN and uplink interfaces. ALL other interfaces have been set to false in the detailed device view, as we have an ISDN PRI for CCME installed on this router. The PRI interfaces have been set to false NUMEROUS times, but are getting set back to true for no apparent reason. What could cause them to be reset to true?

DFM is 3.1.3

CS is 3.2.0

CM is 5.1.3

RME is 4.2.0

This is bug CSCsz08953. A patch is available from the TAC for DFM 3.1.3.
