here is the steps :
1. power off the device
2. connect console cable. (Configure the terminal to operate at 9600 baud, 8 data bits, no parity, and 1 stop bit (9600 8N1).
3. Power on the device, as soon as you see console output, use break key or cntr + c
you see ROMMON1 >
not sure what you want after that your choice.

actually i want to rest the password for the router

if you want to reset the password, if the password option not disabled.

Thanks for your help it was a problem in the router when i replaced it ,able to get log in to the rommon mode
