SRW248G4P firmware upgrade

I've got this SRW248G4P at firmware rev 1.3.1, I'd like to upgrade the firmware to the latest.  When I search the Downloads, I get referred to the SW300 series switch.

The firmware files are labeled different.  The download is a ".ros" and the current firmware is looking for a ".bix".

I've looked at the release notes for the latest version and it states to upgrade to 1.3.5 if older.  Tried that and the switch did nothing with the .ros file.

Can this switch be updated?  If so, what's the method to do it?
