Hi Afroj,
When I had problems at the begining, I saw on the forum that somebody had the same problems. So he modified the file TacasPrompts.ini like that :
[TELNET]
USERNAME_PROMPT=Username:,username:,login:
PASSWORD_PROMPT=Password:,password:,passwd:
I modified my file like the same way.
Thanks.

Hi Seb,

PASSWORD_PROMPT=Password:
I hope the jobs are running file after this..
Thanks

Hi seb,
Enable the debugging for Archive Management and device Management under RME >admin>system prefreneces >Application log level settings
--Ran a Sync Archive and CDA job for the problematic device
--Once the job is finished send me the cda.log ,EssentialDM_server.log and dcmaservice.log and job folders
Thanks
Afroj
è schedule a Sync Archive and CDA job for the problematic device and trigger packet capture. And get us the following:
· Packet capture for both Sync Archive and CDA Job
· Screenshot of the device login prompts (When Connected via TELNET)
· Try to connect the device via Telnet from the LMS server and update us, whether able to TELNET to the device from the LMS server

Hi seb,
Did you ran the device credentilas verification job for this device :192.168.254.111
what is the status of the CDA job.?
If CDA job still says No Value to test then first check the device credentilas fot this device by Exporting in a text file ( Common service >device mgmt ) and verify that the credentials are correct..
If the Exported credentilas are correct then send me the TACACSPROMPTS.ini file..
Thanks
Afroj

This is the result of the CDA job.
Could you please tell me where I have to go to export the device credentials. You wrote common service -> device mgmt, how I have to go there?
Thanks.

Hi Seb,
It means you have not defined any TELNET\SSH credentilas.. Please add the Right credentilas and I hope that will take care of the issue..
Thanks
Afroj

Hi Afroj,
I edited the credentials for all my devices in the Add / Import / Manage Devices but the synchronization doesn't work for all of them. It worked for 3 devices, I have an error for others.
Have you an idea?
Thanks.
