I am using UCS server C series. it has two interfaces (NIC Card).
I want to know, is it possible to assign same IP address to both interfaces?? if yes? then how?

What OS are you running? The instructions depend on the OS.
Generally, you need to bond the NICs together into an aggregated link and then assign the IP address to the virtual interface.

That is possible if you have the Vsphere Distributed Switch, which requires VMware Enterprise Plus license. If you have that, the the instructions can be found here:
