Is it possible in NAC to keep users certified for few days without authentication even after restart?

HOW DO I MAKE THIS STUPID MESSAGE GO AWAY FOREVER! ?I know it's something simple and stupid I'm just not seeing, I'm very sick of getting this message everytime I enter a command on the FWSM though.
