A network engineer was in the middle of setting up a customer ASA 5510 Firewall and left. We don't know the IP/UN/PW.Is there a way to hard reset the firewall back to manufacture settings?Thanks in advance.

After I restore the CSA MC 5.2.0.245. I am able to get everything back. I am able to ping the hosts so DNS is working. However the hosts is not register to the MC. Even the MC itself is not register. Is there anything I have to do after the restore?
