Nexus 93180YC-EX 24 Port upgrade license

Hi,

I'm looking at purchasing some 93180YC-EX switches that will have 100G uplinks and 10G down to the end hosts. Do I require any of the following for this functionality and if so, what do they do?

- N9K-EX-24P-UPG= (24-port upgrade license for Cisco Nexus 93108TC-EX and 93180YC-EX switches)

- N9K-LIC1-24P (24-port license for Cisco Nexus 93108TC-EX, 93108TC-FX, 93180YC-EX, and 93180YC-FX switches.)

Apparently there is a new sku N9K-C93180YC-EX-24 with only 24 ports active and an upgrade option for the remainder when needed.
