If two switches are linked together by two pairs of fibres which are varying in length (3.5km & 8.6km), can the links be aggregated?

As far as I know, Cisco's Etherchannel doesn't split what it considers to be the same flow's frames or packets across links, so there's nothing that needs to be put back together at the other end.

This does mean, that the frames or packets, from different flows, can have their arrival sequence changed as they cross an Etherchannel.

We are only at the design stage. I was wondering whether we would experience issues with the varying time delays caused by the differents lengths when it comes to putting it back together the other end?
