What is the process to initiate a warranty claim for Cisco 10 MM SFP ? The clip is twisted and its not going or exiting from the System.

as per i know its 5 Years - also config datasheet, with smartnet contract you can ask for RMA for faulty one..not sure if the broken one can support ?

Create a TAC case using the serial number of the switch. Tell TAC the optics is faulty. Provide the serial number and the model of the optics to TAC.
