7914 Expansion Module, Transfering calls

When our phone system was installed, the company that did it said that soon the capability would be there for the phones with the 7914 Exp Mods to instead of 'Transfr'+Number+'Transfr', they would be able to just 'Transfr'+7914 line button.

Is that capability out, if so how do I implement it?
