Agent on Terminal Server

I have customer that is interested in IPCC, but they use Winterms running off of a terminal server. Anyone know if the Desktop agent is supported in this environment?? Don't really need the media termination options, just basic functionality. I am still spec'ing the system so if it needs 3.5 that is possible.

Don't know what about terminal services, but it's not supported in Citrix enviroment for IPCC Express.IPCC Enterprise with CAD is (CTI OS is working but not supported yet). You would probably need to contact your Cisco SE and see if the above is correct for the Terminal Services as well.

OK, it's not supported yet but on the roadmap for version 4.0. Check the release notes when it comes out to be sure.

Hi,

IPCC Express does not support CAD over Terminal Services. Please check with Product Management(ask-icd-ivr-pm@external.cisco.com) for road map details.
