Having a problem getting Attendant Console to update its directory. The info we see in the directory is old information.
How can I get this to update like it is supposed to?

Is this problem occuring after upgrading the attendant console?

You can delete the file AutoGenerated.txt that is in this path in the CCM server:
C:\Program Files\Cisco\CallManagerAttendant\UserLists
Then restart the TCD service to create it again.
