Where can I download the latest version of BAT. When I go to the "Install Plugins" page and click on BAT it dumps down the current version of BAT that I have running (5.0(2)).

BAT comes with your callmanager. Check Plugins page. I think each BAT version is specifically made for that version of callmanager.

I had the same question. Yes, it appears each BAT version is specific to a Callmanager version. See the Callmanager Compatibility Matrix for details (search for BAT). The link to the matrix is here:

Word of advice, make sure you definitely upgrade your BAT. I have run it on a customer's server who hadn't and had tons of failures on import. I had to Bulk Delete my changes, upgrade and re-run the BAT.
Thanks

Hi,
I'm using CCM 4.2(1) and the BAT comes with 5.2(1b). However the bat.xlt file and the BAT file format Configuration webpage doesn't have the column for CallForwardUnregistered.
From this page, http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_callmg/4_2/bulk_adm/index.htm , it is shown 4.2 supports BAT 5.2(1) and 5.2(3), however I am unable to find the download link for BAT 5.2(3) upgrade file.
Hope someone can help.
Thanks,
Eugene
