WE are on CM 4.2 and are looking to install Call Manager Attendant on all 262 PC just for the directry assistance and speed dial line status. Will this cause a performance issue with CM 4.2?

Hi John,
Here are Ciscos "best practice" numbers for number of AC Console/Users per server;
A maximum of 500 Pilot Points and 500 Attendants are supported per CUCM Cluster. For this maximum support level, the 500 Attendants and 500 Pilot Points must be distributed across multiple servers in groups of no more than 125 per server (for 7845), no more than 100 per server (for 7835), and no more than 75 per server (for 7825).
From this newer doc;

Hope this helps!

Thread hijack in progress...
Do you have any information on the bandwidth requirements of the program or how to compute them? Thanks!

Rob,
Are these numbers the same for the number of ACs on CM4.2?

Hi Tyler,
As far as I know, yes, these numbers are the same for CCM 4.2.x They are more related to the capabilities of the Server than the CCM version.
Hope this helps!
Rob
