Call transfer audio problem

Hello. We are having trouble when a call is transfered, the transfer is successful but, in the waiting time during the transfer it doesn't sound any tone or music, just silence, until the other person picks up the phone. What could be the cause of it and how can I solve it.

Is it internal, external, or all callers that experience this?

As a seemingly stupid question, but just asking to be certain, do you have the IP Voice Media Streaming App service running?

If so, is your MoH server in a MRG/MRGL?
