Hi,
Can anyone help after a call has been cleared down and another call is placed there is no dial tone straight away has anyone got any ideas regards.

Is this reproduceable?
Which CCM version and phone load?
Seems to be that either CCM is not sending the StartTone message, its lost somewhere else in the network or IP Phone is not processing it.
We will need CCM|SDL and sniffer trace from the phone when this ocurr to find out what is happening.

Yes, it would be good to at least do a test at a quiet time, and post the ccm trace file - make sure you set your trace level to detailed first, and that you get the trace from the server that the phone is registered to. We have had delayed dial tone issues when we had qos issues, if the phone is across a WAN link..
