Dear All,
I have a Callmanager Server with 2 NIC. Can I use both of the NIC for load-sharing or redundnacy?
Thanks.

Hello, it can be use for redundancy, depends on the server. This link may be useful:

sure, but I don't recommend you to use them in load sharing, only for redundancy. It depends on the teaming driver that comes with the server you are configuring. It is easy ang works ok.

The most reliable way i have performed load sharing is to have one NIC as TX only and one RX only, if one link fails then the surviving NIC goes into Full Duplex mode again. This was accomplished with the Compaq/HP NIC Management agent and the Intel Proset Management Agent.
