Thanks I have already seen that document, however \I also have a cisco document that says how to integrate lync2013 to cucm 10. So ther ewill probably be a way. I believe that document was written some time ago.

These are two different things that you are talking about. Lync with CUCM can indeed be integrated and below document talks about that:

Currently the only official integration we have to Skype for Business, is via CUCiLync, anything else, you can refer to the Lync integration docs, and it just *might* work, but support for all other integrations, has yet to be determined. I suggest you reach your SE/AM for further information on the topic.
