Hello Jim-- CVP is not intended or designed for use with UCCX. UCCX comes with its own, built-in IVR capability, so there is actually no need for CVP with UCCX. Regards, Jeff.

Jim,
CCX Premium licenses provide 2 Advanced IVR ports with each seat license.
In the case of the Standard or Enhanced licenses, basic IVR ports are provided and the quantity depends on the hardware profile.
The CCX 10.6 design guide (Page 13)provides more details.
