Hi,
my current ccnp voice is due to expire soon, can I repect a ccnp voice exam to get it recertified? (ie redo a CIPT or Cvoice exame)
Thanks.

To recertify, pass ONE of the following before the certification expiration date:

well, my question is:
will a repeat of already taken exam, ie cvoice which i have already passed when i got the ccnp voice cert, be considered a valid recertify exam. In other words, will redo the cvoice exam extend my ccnp voice to another 3 years?

Hi,
Thanks for the checking, but i need a definite answer here.
Cause it is not a valid recertify exam, it will be a great waste for the time and money for me to re-do it, and I will possiblely miss out on the expiration date.
Regards,
Ed

Well, the community moderator in the previous link clearly says 'Any 642 prefix exam under a professional level certification track such as CCNP, CCDP, CCNP Wireless, etc. is considered a professional level exam'. However, you can wait for someone else to confirm this or probably check with the Certification support team:

I am with Manish:
any 642-XXX recertifies, I know I have done it a couple of times. I have certed CCNP Voice for instance doing a Switching exam
